AKAP reports.
• San Mateo Sub-Office - earliest sub-office to
submit complete LOA reports.

• For the Farm School Program, 18 JHS schools were done with
the RO ocular and validation with Special Orders ready for
release.
• For the IPEd Program, 34 elementary schools, 14 JHS schools,
and 8 SHS schools are implementing IPEd.
• For the SNEd Program, 21 elementary schools, 9 JHS schools,
and 7 SHS schools submitted documents for Division ocular and
validation.
• For MADRASAH, 14 elementary schools and 7 JHS schools

• For the Alternative Learning System-SHS, 14 SHS schools with

CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION
OF CLASSES AND WORK IN
SCHOOLS IN THE EVENT OF
NATURAL DISASTERS, POWER
OUTAGES/POWER
• Interruptions and other Calamities
DepEd Order No. 37, s. 2022
presents the suspension guidelines
on typhoon, heavy rainfall, flood,
earthquake, power
outage/interruptions/brownouts.
Reiterate the following important points:
• In the cancellation or suspension of
classes and work in schools, teaching
personnel, including ALS teachers,
and non-teaching school personnel in
schools shall not be required to report
for work, except those who are
mandated to render security, safety,
finance, engineering sanitation, health,
and disaster response duties.
• Schools must be ready to implement
remote work with measured output
during cancellation or suspension of
classes.

activate their DRRM Teams to prepare,
monitor and respond to the situation.
DRRM Team members particularly

the aftermath of the disaster based on
established DRRM protocols. Other
DRRM Team members may likewise be
required to report for work, as needed.

SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM
• The target beneficiaries for School Year
2023-2024 is 44,523.
• The total budget allocation is PhP
149,789,619.00.
• 43 feeding days with Pasteurized Milk
(200ml) and/ or Sterilized Milk (180ml).
• 50 feeding days with Powdered Milk
(40grams/day) or 2kgs/learner.
• The SDO proposed to RO to conduct double
feeding every Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday to ensure that beneficiaries will
complete the required number of feeding
days before the Christmas Break and
maximize the use of downloaded funds to
each school and to give them enough time
to ssubmit all the documentary requirements
needed for liquidation.
• All 13 Sub-Offices/Districts
should follow the Public
Bidding in accordance with
RA 9184 or the Government
Procurement Reform Act as
their method of Procurement
for Nutritious Food Products.
Action Taken:
The SDO conducted the

select school heads and

On the Consolidated SBM Level of Practice of Schools
• For 3 consecutive years, SDO Rizal’s Sub-Office are
all under Maturing or SBM Level 2.
• SDO Rizal SBM Level is LEVEL II for the last 4 years
with a rating of 2.07 this 2023.
• Baras Sub-office has recorded the highest
percentage of increase in terms of SBM level.
HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION
• DM No. 511, s. 2023 or the Conduct of Activities
Related to the Induction Program for Beginning
Teachers (IPBT).
• DM No. 530, s. 2023 or the 2023 Gawad Kampilan

For Grade 8, there were 69 or 86.25% schools offered NLC. EOSY ACTIVITIES • No. and Percentage of Implementers by Curricular Offerings 171 or 81.43% offered Reading Intervention for KS 1 233 or 80.34% offered Remedial Classes. 7 or 58.33% offered Advancement Classes for SHS Results of the NLC, revealed that the developed worksheets used by the learners were simplified, contextualized, and modified according to the level of learners’ needs and capabilities. The Central Office should provide NLC materials that are anchored on the MELCs so that schools can focus more on the delivery of teaching and learning.

There were 9,108, 5,210, 5,675, 2,072, 517 respectively for KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, and ALS. • Painaan Elementary School-Heroesville Annex - earliest school to submit the Project AKAP reports. • San Mateo Sub-Office - earliest sub-office to submit complete LOA reports. • Baras Sub-Office - earliest sub-office to submit accurate PhilIRI reports. It was recommended to submit the reports early.

Blando CID – Chief SPECIAL CURRICULAR AND INCLUSIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM • For the Special Program in Foreign Language, 2 JHS schools submitted documents for Division ocular and validation to SGOD. • For the Special Program in the Arts, 11 elementary schools and 7 JHS schools submitted documents for Division ocular and validation to SGOD. • For the Special Program in Journalism, 2 elementary schools (with RO and CO recognition), 1- with document and for Division ocular and validation and 2 JHS schools submitted documents for Division ocular and validation to SGOD. • For the Special Science in Elementary Schools, 15 elementary schools have approved documents as per RM no.184 s. 2023. • For the Science, Technology, and Engineering, 18 JHS schools have approved documents as per RM no.184 s. 2023. Blando CID – Chief SPECIAL CURRICULAR AND INCLUSIVE PROGRAM • For the Farm School Program, 18 JHS schools were done with the RO ocular and validation with Special Orders ready for release. • For the IPEd Program, 34 elementary schools, 14 JHS schools, and 8 SHS schools are implementing IPEd. • For the SNEd Program, 21 elementary schools, 9 JHS schools, and 7 SHS schools submitted documents for Division ocular and validation. • For MADRASAH, 14 elementary schools and 7 JHS schools submitted documents for Division ocular and validation. • For the Alternative Learning System-SHS, 14 SHS schools with approved documents as per RM No. 374 s. 2023. • For Open High School, 8 JHS schools submitted documents for inspection. • For Multi-grade, 11 elementary schools are implementing the program (including Casili ES in Binangonan)

Blando CID – Chief INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISION & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE STATUS 302 or 100% elementary and secondary schools were provided IS and TA. SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES Sports Competition- Feb 13-17, 2024 Festival of Talents- Jan 22-24, 2024 Press Conference - Jan 22-24, 2024 Lakbay-Aral- Jan 25-26, 2024 Reiterate the following: • Importance of reflective teaching (evaluate their own teaching practice, examine their curricular choices, consider student feedback, and improve student learning). • Instructional Supervisory Plan (IS Plan) can cover guidance, assistance, sharing of ideas to help teachers improve the learning situation and quality of learning in schools • Instructional decision must be reflected in the WLP /DLL as a basis for appropriate instructional planning and assessment • Utilization of Individual Learning Monitoring Plan (ILMP) to track student performance • SLAC design should be based on DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2016 which primarily functions as a professional learning community for teachers that will help them improve practice and learner achievement.
  • 8. AGENDA DISCUSSION AGREEMENTS School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Updates Ferdinand C. Pascual SGOD - Chief GUIDELINES ON THE CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF CLASSES AND WORK IN SCHOOLS IN THE EVENT OF NATURAL DISASTERS, POWER OUTAGES/POWER • Interruptions and other Calamities DepEd Order No. 37, s. 2022 presents the suspension guidelines on typhoon, heavy rainfall, flood, earthquake, power outage/interruptions/brownouts. Reiterate the following important points: • In the cancellation or suspension of classes and work in schools, teaching personnel, including ALS teachers, and non-teaching school personnel in schools shall not be required to report for work, except those who are mandated to render security, safety, finance, engineering sanitation, health, and disaster response duties. • Schools must be ready to implement remote work with measured output during cancellation or suspension of classes.
  • 9. AGENDA DISCUSSION AGREEMENTS School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Updates Ferdinand C. Pascual SGOD - Chief • Division Offices and schools shall activate their DRRM Teams to prepare, monitor and respond to the situation. DRRM Team members particularly DRRM Coordinators and Engineers shall be required to report for work in the aftermath of the disaster based on established DRRM protocols. Other DRRM Team members may likewise be required to report for work, as needed.
  • 10. AGENDA DISCUSSION AGREEMENTS School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Updates Ferdinand C. Pascual SGOD - Chief SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM • The target beneficiaries for School Year 2023-2024 is 44,523. • The total budget allocation is PhP 149,789,619.00. • 43 feeding days with Pasteurized Milk (200ml) and/ or Sterilized Milk (180ml). • 50 feeding days with Powdered Milk (40grams/day) or 2kgs/learner. • The SDO proposed to RO to conduct double feeding every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to ensure that beneficiaries will complete the required number of feeding days before the Christmas Break and maximize the use of downloaded funds to each school and to give them enough time to ssubmit all the documentary requirements needed for liquidation. • All 13 Sub-Offices/Districts should follow the Public Bidding in accordance with RA 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act as their method of Procurement for Nutritious Food Products. Action Taken: The SDO conducted the __________ on _________ with select school heads and liquidators. Results shall be reported by Accountant Ocol.

Pascual SGOD - Chief FACILITIES MANAGEMENT • 6 recipient schools - construction of 62 classrooms for CY 2024 using Basic Education Facilities Fund – Construction of Classrooms for Early Procurement (DPWH Implemented) • 2 schools - for electrical upgrading for CY 2024 using Basic Education Facilities Fund – Electrification for Early Procurement (Division Implemented) • 6 schools – for the construction of Group Handwashing Facility for CY 2024 using the Basic Education Facilities Fund – Health Facilities for Early Procurement (Division Implemented).

Pascual SGOD - Chief Status of Learner’s Information System (LIS) Updating for SY 2023-2024 • For elementary, 97.77% • For JHS, 93.49% • For SHS, 81.01% • For elementary, San Mateo was announced as the sub-office with the highest recorded data in LIS (99.19%) • For JHS, Morong was announced as the sub-office with the highest recorded data in LIS (98.16%) • For SHS, Morong was announced as the sub-office with the highest recorded data in LIS (97.69%) • Send letter to concerned schools division offices to call the attention of the concerned schools to release the school records of learners. • Issue a Memorandum indicating the target date of submission of supporting documents.

Pascual SGOD - Chief SCHOOL-BASED MANAGEMENT On the Consolidated SBM Level of Practice of Schools • For 3 consecutive years, SDO Rizal’s Sub-Office are all under Maturing or SBM Level 2. • SDO Rizal SBM Level is LEVEL II for the last 4 years with a rating of 2.07 this 2023. • Baras Sub-office has recorded the highest percentage of increase in terms of SBM level. HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION • DM No. 511, s. 2023 or the Conduct of Activities Related to the Induction Program for Beginning Teachers (IPBT). • DM No. 530, s. 2023 or the 2023 Gawad Kampilan Finalists. • DM No. 489, s. 2023 or the Announcing SDO Rizal’s Official Nominees to the 2023 Guronasyon. All schools with newly hired teachers are enjoined to implement IPBT for all teachers with 0-3 years teaching experience.

Lucas Administrative Officer IV, Cashier WORLD TEACHER’S DAY INCENTIVES  9,599 teaching personnel received the World Teacher’s Day Incentives from October 5-9, 2023. NATIONAL LEARNING CAMP – REIMBURSEMENT MEAL EXPENSES  1,452 out of 1,793 (Planning Unit) received NLC-meal. SPECIAL HARDSHIP ALLOWANCE  The Special Hardship Allowance was credited to select personnel from different sub-offices last November 6, 2023. • Submit the complete and accurate documents of the NLC for the easy release of incentives
