I’m a Research Analyst for the World Bank Group in Pakistan focused on data analytics for the Sindh education sector. In this role I manage and review government efforts to assess student/teacher/administrator academic performance, administrative involvement and accountability measures. I oversee two teams within the larger education reform project analyzing data generated, improving governance/communication and streamlining project activities. My most exciting work to date in this position was conducting the Standardized Achievement Test for Class 5 and 8, in 40,000 government schools, with over 250,000 students, covering 5 regions, 23 districts and 121 towns.
