5. OPERATIONAL OPTIMISM
Virtually Homogeneous Environment would be created by introducing an
Unified Workflow on Top of the current different workflows.
Workflow management would be easy and effective Job Tracking would be
possible.
Errors in Print-Ready file for any output channel would be detected at the
Unified Workflow and hence corrected in time before actual production
Single file preparation for any output channel.
Less complexities in data management as lesser “Final Versions” would be
created.

6. BUSINESS BENEFITS
Reduced TAT
Files would be classified at a very early stage which would help
deciding the correct course of action
Digital Dummies and actual Production samples would come close in
terms of Colour Matching as the Unified Workflow would process the
colours only once considering the different output channels
Hence the colour and mono digital would play important role in
making of Advance Copies and deal with Short Quantities; saving the
time for make ready and plate preparation (time-effort-money)
