AMPLITUDE MODULATION
Amplitude Modulation (AM) is
a technique to transmit signals
by varying carrier wave
amplitude.
The amplitude of the high-
frequency carrier changes
based on the message signal.
Commonly used in early radio
broadcasting and
communication systems.
Frequency of the carrier
remains constant in AM.
HOW DOES AM WORK?
Carrier Wave: A high-frequency
wave is generated (e.g., 380 kHz).
Message Signal: An audio signal
like music or speech is prepared.
Modulation: The audio signal
changes the amplitude of the
carrier wave.
Transmission: The combined
signal is sent out through an
antenna.
Reception: A radio receiver
detects and plays back the audio.

BC547 transistor as the
modulator
12V power
7805 regulator gives 5V
to the Bluetooth
