  • #49 If you’re looking for a quick way to compare your company’s spending, check out Certify’s SpendSmart Benchmark Calculator.

  • #63 Adam: Thank you Mark. I would like to begin addressing some of the questions from our audience members. Let me first remind participants to send us your questions and comments by typing them into the Q & A panel on the left side of your screen. Seeded Questions: Our team is sold on finding a better expense tool. How do you suggest we convince the CFO that this is the right investment? What should I be looking for when evaluating a solution? And do you have any tips for ensuring our staff actually uses a new T&E system from day one? My company uses Excel for expenses. I want to show why it’s wasting money. How can I estimate my company’s cost to process an expense report? Are there other things we could do to show the potential? Are there any “red flags” we should be aware of when finding and choosing an expense solution? Especially for a pretty diverse team (travelers, managers, finance, and big age differences) Are there any “quick wins” we could use as examples to prove to my CFO that improving T&E management is a smart idea? (At approximately 1:57 p.m.) Ok, we have time for one more question… (At approximately 1:58 p.m.) Adam: I’m going to turn your attention back to our host, Margaret
  • #64 Margaret: I’d like thank our presenter, Mark Brousseau, for sharing his knowledge and expertise with us. We’re very appreciative that he has made time for IMA and our audience today. Also, thank you Adam Larson, for moderating today’s event.
