- 3. Our movable partitionwalls with aluminum frame have the most widespread application. The partition is constituted by a set of flat panel whose width ranges from 600mm (approximately 23”) to 1200mm (approximately 47”). The panel is provided with various specifications and characteristics to satisfy most requirements of design and budget. Its thickness can be 65mm (2.6”), 80mm (3”) or 100mm (4”). Additionally, each model comes with different grades of sound insulation as well as single or paired hinges.
- 4. The decorative finishesshown are standard models and we also provide other types of finish, such as the natural wood veneer, wall covering, etc. Please contact us for more detailed information. The partition wall has 2 suspension modes including the single roller suspension and double roller suspension. Each suspension is different in stacking. Our partition wall is provided with 4 options of panel, namely the 65 type, 80 type, 100 type, 125 type (ultra-high type). The 65 and 80 types come with aluminum frame, while the 100 type is provided with concealed frame.
- 5. The panel isdesigned in tongue-and-groove mode and its surface finish can be made of precise laminated board, pre-finished wood veneer, fabric or other materials specified by customers. The movable partition wall is also equipped with vertical and horizontal external frame fabricated by extruded aluminum profiles. The retractable vinyl pressure seals installed on the top and bottom of panel can tightly seal the gaps between the panel and the top and bottom tracks, helping to form a sealed and balanced wall which blocks the propagation of sound wave. The sound insulation effect can reach up to 35 to 58 dB.
