Ulcretive colaits and chron disease : similer in complaint , anamnesis morbi , vitae , physical
examination , LAB (Biochemical and general blood)
-Non similer : ulcerative colaites : start from rectum
Anemia.
Chrone Disease : Start anywhere : no anemia
Treatment :-
-Urgent hospitalization to surgery department
-systemic corticosteroids ( prednisolone) + anti biotics (metronedazol sefotaxime )
-Sulfalk
-Dexa meta sone
No result urgent surgery
