What is Media?
Mediais the collective communication outlets or tools
used to store and deliver information or data. It is
either associated with communicationmedia, or the
specialized mass media communication businesses
such as print media and the
press, photography, advertising, cinema, broadcasting
(radio and television), publishingand point of sale.
Print Media
The print media is composed of newspapers, community newsletters, wire services,
magazines, and other publications. Within these publications, there are two main
divisions of labor: reporting and editing. Reporters are the newspaper writers who
investigate newsworthy events and interesting stories. Editors assign stories to reporters,
edit story content, and decide which stories to print.

The term 'broadcast media' covers a wide spectrum of different
communication methods such as television, radio, newspapers, magazines and
any other materials supplied by the media and press. The broadcasting media
provides valuable information, for example speeches, documentaries, interviews,
advertisements, daily news, financial markets and much more. The latest
