Students will learn about an influential innovator in the motor vehicle industry. They will create a poster about this person using PowerPoint and embed QR codes to cite sources. Students will also explore the teacher's classroom social media site and an online virtual world site, discussing in groups which is more effective. They can earn extra credit by creating another online poster. In two weeks, students should be able to accurately describe how they used common technologies like PowerPoint, QR codes, and social media in new ways.
