Leadership: How to Become a Trusted LeaderMike Armour
The twin goals of trust-centered leadership are to maximize the trust in you as a leader and to maximize trust throughout your organization.
It's no secret. Trust is at historic lows in American culture. And nowhere is the trust-deficit more pronounced than with government, corporate, and institutional leadership.
In a historic moment such as this, executives, managers, and leaders everywhere must become more purposeful in creating high-trust cultures within their organizations.
Dr. Mike Armour's book Leadership and the Power of Trust is a comprehensive guide to the practice of trust-centered leadership. This presentation summarizes nine of the guiding principles from his book.
Trust-centered leadership rests on the fundamental concept that, contrary to our common expression, we cannot truly earn trust. Trust is not something we earn, but something bestowed on us by others.
If those we lead withhold their trust, we are powerless to compel them to change their minds. The choice of whether to trust a leader or withhold that trust is the one place that employees and workers are 100% empowered.
Thus, astute leaders approach their role with an eye to removing any impediments to trust. They evaluate every decision, every action, and every decision in terms of its potential for enhancing or hindering trust.
Trust-centered leadership does not replace other styles of leadership. Rather, it works alongside them to enhance the leader's credibility, leverage, and impact.

The last session for Day 01 of the 18th National PR Congress last 22 to 23 September 2011 presented strategies and programs in which brands are able to gain the trust and confidence of their target markets.
Businesses have long realized the role of trust in building their brands – whether at the larger level of corporate brand-building or zooming into efforts to increase brand equity for products and services. Earning trust however has become more difficult for brands given the changing landscape in which brand-builders and target audiences are in.

Forbes Magazine calls Agile “The Best Kept Secret in Management” and industry leaders and key players across all industries are already embracing lean | agile – a leadership philosophy with a set of tools and techniques based on specific values and principles – with the goal of making their organizations more responsive, innovative, and engaging.
Besides applying a toolset instrumental for driving innovation, reducing time-to-market, and improving customer satisfaction, companies are revising and realigning their leadership approach in order to ensure not only precise, but also fast and flexible decisions, swift accomplishments, and valuable interactions. Lean | agile provides them with an unparalleled competitive advantage that will impact their bottom line in a positive and sustainable manner.
This presentation focuses on the characteristics of Lean | Agile enterprises and how they approach financial planning and investment approaches in a more flexible way. CVS Surveyors |Hows build-up trust in Business | PresentationCVSSurveyors701
Chief Executive of CVS business rates specialists CVS,CVS Surveyors, Mark Rigby, explains exactly what the Revaluation is, and what impact it will have on you as a business ratepayer. For many businesses this Revaluation has provided some relief. Rateable Values were last assigned in 2008 and were followed almost immediately by the recession, which saw commercial property values collapse. The Government then, for reasons somewhat unknown, decided to extend the Rating List (the length of time a business pays their assigned bills for). This means that businesses throughout the UK were stuck paying outdated values for an additional 2 years. The recent Revaluation is a chance to rebalance the situation.
Trust has long been a part of the foundation of society; yet, it is often used and abused in the business world. Even though trust is a key aspect to all relationships, it can be misunderstood or mismanaged in many companies, which leads to serious consequences over time. Leadership
The glue that holds all relationships together-including the relationship between the leader and the Jed-is trust, and trust is based on integrity.
- Brian Tracy
The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say thank you. In between, the leader is a servant.
- MaxDePree
1. WHAT IS TRUSTWORTHY LEADERSHIP?
Trustworthiness can be thought of as the quality of someone being competent and benevolent so that others can safely be in partnership with that person. As Brian Tracy suggests earlier, trustworthiness is important to all human relationships, but it is essential for leadership effectiveness and the ability to prepare for and drive or ganizational change.
All change requires a partnership between leaders and followers. In any part nership situation, the leader must first demonstrate competence. After all, why should anyone follow the leader if the leader first does not demonstrate skill or competence in envisioning the future, making that vision a reality, or both? Cer tainly, followers are compliant every day with those in authority, but compliance is largely effective only in stable and unchanging situations. In unstable and changing situations, a trusting disposition among a critical mass of the employees is essential. If the followers' disposition is largely compliant, change will be temporary or nonexistent. Indeed, it is foolish for anyone to follow a leader who is not deemed competent to lead. In other words, it is appropriate for followers to resist change when the leader has not demonstrated competence in leading.[!]
But competence must be coupled with benevolence for one to have sufficient trust in a leader to agree to be led. Competence is a reflection of skill and followers want and need their leaders to be skillful, but what if the leader skillfully takes

advantage of his or her followers? This implies that to be skillful or competent as a leader is necessary, but not sufficient grounds for leading change.
The popular press focuses on charisma as the mark of leadership, but history is replete with charismatic leaders who attracted lots of followers and then led them in self-centered and manipulative ways. Thus, the leader must benevolently care for
his or her followers' well-being, and they must be convinced that they are being cared for.
A metaphor that I like to use with executives when discussing the importance of benevolence is that of a knife. Knives are tools that can be handled with great skill, such as preparing food for a meal or defending from an attack. However, if the followers turn the knife over to the leader, they first want to be sure that the leader will not use the knife on them. The knife is a metaphor for power, and leadership involves the proper use of power. All knife-wielding leaders need to show that they know how t ...

Discovering Trustworthiness:How Do You Define a Reliable IndividualbluetroyvictorVinay
Trust is the foundation of all healthy relationships, be they personal or professional. Whether it’s a friend, family member, colleague, or business partner, we rely on trust to build connections and achieve common goals. But what exactly makes a person trustworthy? Is it a set of specific traits, behaviors, or something more elusive? In this exploration, we delve into the essence of trustworthiness and how to define a reliable individual.
Myth 1: Leaders work smarter, not harder.
I have never fully understood the “work smarter, not harder” statement. There are definitely ways to be smarter about prioritizing your tasks effectively, planning your day wisely to increase your productivity, and, as a leader, to know when and what tasks to delegate. But every single successful person I know have always worked very hard on realizing his/her dreams. Great leaders empower their teams to do more, they are very protective of their time, and they are shrewd in applying their knowledge and experience in order to move forward and avoid mistakes either they themselves or others made in the past. One could call that “working smart”. But nothing great has ever been achieved without working hard. True leaders lead by example, they are first in and last ones out, they are fully invested in the vision of their ventures and, through showing their dedication, they inspire people around them to show the same kind of commitment and display the same behaviors.
Gary Vaynerchuk is a successful serial entrepreneur and his perspective is that there is no substitute for doing the work. “We’re living through a period right now where we have a lot of very smart people looking at math, and analytics, and efficiencies,” says Vaynerchuk. “I think those are all great things to take pride in, but I also think you need to put in the work… You can call out all the best business opportunities you want, but the bottom line is that nobody ever got paid to make snow-angels.”
“I never dreamed about success. I worked for it.” –
“There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.” –
Myth 2: Leaders have all the answers.
On the contrary. The best leaders have a clear understanding of their own limitations. They know that success is a team sport and there is no such thing as a “self-made” man. They realize that it takes a diverse team to truly innovate. They search for passionate people in diverse areas of expertise and bring them together. Great leaders listen more than they speak. They listen with the goal to understand, not the goal to answer. They hire amazing teams and solicit regular input from team members. They admit their mistakes and empower their people to execute on the company’s vision through their own knowledge and initiative vs. a dictate from above.
Truly amazing leaders empower others to become leaders. Their higher goal is to work themselves out of the job so that if they are not around, the organization functions just as successfully as when they are.
“Leaders don’t create more followers, they create more leaders.” –
“A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled,
Myth 3: Great leaders are always in the spotlight.
It is true that if you are a leader of the company there is an expectation that you will also be a company’s spokesperson. But leadership
Why do people follow leaders – and what do they want from their leaders. Most people want leaders who inspire them and who they believe in – but what does this break down into.
The requirements have evolved and continue to do, as the power of coercion has decreased, the extent to which our organisations and leaders and their every action are open to public scrutiny and workforces become more mobile.
Here are our suggestions for a contemporary list of requirements.
In The Trust Edge, David Horsager reveals the foundation of genuine success- — trust. Based on research but made practical for today’s leader, The Trust Edge shows that trust is quantifiable and brings dramatic results to businesses and leaders.
In this book, Horsager teaches readers how to build the Eight Pillars of Trust.
When leaders learn how to implement these pillars, they enjoy better relationships,
reputations, retention, revenue and results. Fascinating and timely, The Trust
Edge unveils how trust has the ability to accelerate or destroy any business, organization or relationship. The lower the trust, the more time everything takes, the
more everything costs and the lower the loyalty of everyone involved. Conversely,
an environment of trust leads to greater innovation, morale and productivity. The
trusted leader is followed. From the trusted salesperson, people will buy. For the
trusted brand, people will pay more, come back and tell others. Trust, not money,
is the currency of business and life!
The word credibility has several meanings. Alternatively, it means capability of being believed, to command belief or to truthfulness or correctness of what one says.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
