The Tribune Company saw declines in operating revenues and income from continuing operations in the second quarter of 2007 compared to the same period in 2006. Operating revenues fell 6.8% and income from continuing operations dropped 78.2%. Expenses rose due to restructuring charges and plant closure costs.
