This document provides information about tracking ministering efforts in a stake through the Just Minister website and social media. It suggests that ministering efforts can be tracked anonymously on justminister.org by recording acts of service. Social media can also be used by posting about service with the hashtag #justminister. The website acts as a central hub for all things related to ministering and will include service opportunities and messages over time. Instructions are provided on how to access justminister.org from a mobile phone and how to post about service received on Instagram using the #justminister hashtag.
1. How Will We Know?
#Just Minister
Murrieta California Stake - 2015
2.
3. To Minister
is defined as attending
to the needs and wants
of others. The work of
the ministry is to do the
work of the Lord on the
earth—to represent the
Lord among the people.
5. BRIGHAM
YOUNG
We have come
here to build up
Zion.
How shall we do it?
We have got to be
united in our efforts.
We should go to work
with a united faith
like the heart of one
man;
6. May I suggest that
finding your personal
ministry begins with
making a decision
about a consistent
way of being: a way
that seeks to nurture,
to be entirely
helpful—not just now
and again, but
always.

25. What in the World is a Hashtag?
A hashtag is a word or an unspaced phrase prefixed with the hash character (or
number sign), #, to form a label.
A hashtag allows grouping of similarly tagged messages, and also allows an
electronic search to return all messages that contain it.
It is a type of metadata tag. Words or phrases in messages on
microblogging and social networking services such
as Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Twitter, may be tagged by entering # before
them, either as they appear in a sentence or appended to it.
The term hashtag can also refer to the hash symbol itself when used in the context of
a hashtag.
