Training statement
I believe training is an important factor to increase the productivity of
employees and refuel their energy level. I believe training is to complete and
enhance the trainees knowledge, talent, and problem solving skills style rather
than tutoring them pure new information.
I always innovate the way I deliver training materials. I usually explain the
materials using video clips, photos, simulation and animation clips of what I
explain. Besides, I demonstrate through game playing, exercises, story telling,
and interactive powerpoint slides. Sometimes, the flip chart has to be used to
explain some issues using pen and paper.
I provide training programs under four main categories: IT, Network,
Instrumentation, Control systems and Safety, and soft skills.

My first degree is Computer Engineering and early adoring to programming
