Rajshahi has a endless food but significantly famous for
kalairuti with varta and duck meat
Ingredient
1 cup Mashkalai Dal (Black gram )-
1 cup Atop rice (parboiled rice)
1 teaspoon salt3/4 cup hot water or as
needed
The Steps of making Kalai Ruti
Instructions
Put the black gram and parboiled rice in mixer and turn
them into flour.Add salt and water into the flour.Make a soft
dough that is elastic but not sticky. Knead the dough on a
lightly floured surface until it is smooth. Divide the dough
into 10 parts, or less if you want bigger breads.Take each
part of dough on hand and make the dough flat in a circle
shape. Keep your hands wet, so that it doesn't stick on your
hand. It will be thicker than the usual chapatti. Heat a skillet
over medium heat until hot. When the pan starts smoking,
put a chapatti on it. Cook until the underside has brown
spots, about 30 seconds, then flip and cook on the other
side. Continue with remaining dough.

Duck meat Kalavuna is a Bangladeshi-style duck recipe,
which is one of the most delicious poultry meat. Domestic
ducks with a good quantity of meat are available in many
South Asian countries. As duck meat contains a fair
amount of fat (6 grams of total fat and 2.3 grams of
saturated fat per serving) many people take duck meat to
enhance their body heat, particularly in the winter season.

1 tablespoon red chili powder
4 tablespoons onion paste1 tablespoon
ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 cups of coconut milk
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon hot spices powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder2 tablespoon
mustard oil1 tablespoon vegetable oil
