Good afternoon, my name is Shirley Ugalde. I’d like to welcome you.
INTRODUCTION
I am going to tell you about the preparation of written tests.
I’ve divided my presentation into seven parts :
1. Concept of written test.
2. Process of elaboration of written tests
3. Examples written tests items with a test’s evaluation.
4. Tools of edition of written tests.
5. Conclusions and Advices.
6. Questions.
DEVELOPMENT
1. Concept of written tests:
Is a measuring instrument that determines the level of achievement of
the objectives of the learning process.
2. Process of elaboration of written tests:

1.1 Session Plans: Specific objectives must, content, materials,
resources, and teaching techniques.
1.2 Written materials: documents and audiovisual resources used.
b. DETERMINING THE CONTENT,
Order information and documents of guidelines developed in
class:
 chronologically.
 by lesson objectives.
 specific contents.
c. SELECT ITEMS: Select the type of item or question according
with to the type of content.
d. ASK THE TEST
 Make the items in draft.
 Write the item for the content of the test.
 Determine the time of application of the test according to the objectives
measured, number of points and type of item.
e. RAISE THE TEST.

A program for schools and teachers in their teaching using tests to help
students study and prepare the agenda.

If you are currently studying for his driver’s license, access to some classroom
training, virtual or distance learning, professional qualifications, a counselling
safety seat for some opposition, obtaining a gun permit, review private pilot or
carrier or some other type of certificate whose examinations is multiple choice,
you want to know these products.
This program will be useful to make your own tests.
“Generate your own assessment test.”
Avaluator 3.0
This software is designed to assess our students in different schools. A
program that consists of two applications: an editor to make questions of a test
and a program that evaluates the content question raised by the editor.
The program creates and produces five types of items:
• Type test up to eight options.
• Type coloring question regarding an area of a chart.
• Type question regarding the understanding of a short story.
The following are not allowed to write in the field until every letter is written
correctly:
• Types answer questions.
• Type a question regarding image with short answer.
Can be edited based on content of courses by topics, subjects or according to
the study period, quarterly for example.

Created the folder includes files for.
It contains sixteen questions that illustrate its potentials.
Files containing the questions are “txt” is therefore very easy to handle,
although it is advisable to write the questions with the editor.
Commands are those required by the program is comfortable and easy to be
handled by anyone.
“It generates HTML exercises and shows them online.”
Hot Potatoes Program
Is a suite of six tools that allow interactive exercises to develop Web pages
based on six basic types.
The editable information for each type of exercise is stored in a specific file.
From the same final document will be generated in HTML format interactive.
This page is uploaded to the webserver.
The student do not need to have installed on the computer, the program, to
perform each exercise.
Access is via the browser Internet Explores or Mozilla Firefox.
You must register the program in the Hot Potatoes Web page, fill out a free form
and will provide a username and password will be emailed to the program to
have full functionality and no limitations on the number of questions can be
written in a test and receive update information or software upgrade.
Wondershare QuizCreator
It is an ideal application for any occupational field that needs to perform tests,
examinations or surveys of opinion among many other applications.

The formats of the tests is able to generate the application are:
o Question multiple-choice answers,
o Selection of images,
o Similar selection to create pairs of concepts,
o Order concepts to demonstrate understanding of a sequence, and so on.
The creation of this fully automated testing.
You just type the questions and indicate which answer is correct and the
application will create all graphics and programming issues that led to the
creation of the test.

I would like to end with some conclusions and recommendations:
CONCLUSIONS
 Teaching methods and teaching techniques must be consistent with the
technological and scientific advances, teachers, instructors and trainers
of any discipline has to make use of teaching tools, for to do the
measurement and current assessment to objectively measure student
learning.
 Current technology allows for innovation in teaching and learning
systems, facilitating the editing and evaluation of learners, by testing
well-structured education and teaching.
 The design and editing of the tests must be carried out with special
programs, for example, Avaluator 3.0, Hot Potatoes, Wondershare
QuizCreator or Aritest Teachers, which offers many capabilities such as
generation of interactive online assessment tests
ADVICE
 Evaluative design tests can be editing with different types of assessment
items using editing software testing.
 Implementing online assessment systems, which can be accessed
several times as many times as the students need.

 Test may be made by subject, to measure the level of understanding of a
specific topic.
 Implement statistical evaluation systems to measure the degree of
difficulty depending on the subject topic, item and specific question, to
implement tests with different levels of difficulty.
 Explore the possibilily of implementing new teaching and assessment
systems that complement the current educational system will improve or
facilitate the work of educator and student learning, who can see benefits
to having the opportunity to make such as math test that can accessed at
any time, date, time an day, recording their stay on camera for the
purpose of verification of identity for example, or go to the school lab to
take test when the student feels ready.

UCENFOTEC Teacher ING IV: Andrea Spinach I would like to end with some conclusions and recommendations: CONCLUSIONS  Teaching methods and teaching techniques must be consistent with the technological and scientific advances, teachers, instructors and trainers of any discipline has to make use of teaching tools, for to do the measurement and current assessment to objectively measure student learning.  Current technology allows for innovation in teaching and learning systems, facilitating the editing and evaluation of learners, by testing well-structured education and teaching.  The design and editing of the tests must be carried out with special programs, for example, Avaluator 3.0, Hot Potatoes, Wondershare QuizCreator or Aritest Teachers, which offers many capabilities such as generation of interactive online assessment tests ADVICE  Evaluative design tests can be editing with different types of assessment items using editing software testing.  Implementing online assessment systems, which can be accessed several times as many times as the students need.
