2. The font used on this school magazine
is a basic san serif. Although the
magazine uses more than one font, they
are similar. There are a couple where
the font is the same although the text
has been also put in bold. This it to
highlight certain important parts of the
text. The text is also seen in a variety of
colours although red seems to dominate
the page. To make other pieces of text
some font have had highlighted
background, such as the white front it
has had a blue background so it is
easier to read. By using this technique it
draws the eye to the text. The san serif
text also seems to give a more formal
look to the page, which gives a school
impression.
