As a senior computer operator at Toyota Canada from 2011 to 2015, I was responsible for providing first and second level support to Toyota's mainframe, Unix, and Windows platforms on a 24/7 basis. My duties included reviewing all changes to the environment, performing emergency updates, scheduling nightly processing requirements, and conducting daily testing. I monitored systems and resources across the multi-platform environment and coordinated major incidents and problem management.

Toyota Canada is a car manufacture. As a senior Operator I was responsible for providing first and second level
support to mainframe, Unix and Windows platforms on a 7/24 basis.Also served a major incident coordinator
supporting recovery processes and providing updates to management as required. Regular duties included reviewing
all changes to environment, performing emergency updates within scheduled time frame, scheduling requirements
for the nights processing,daily Adhoc and UAT testing requirements.
Environment: MAINFRAME: IBM z114 zEnterprise 2818, zOSV1R13 (Parallel Enterprise Server Generation 5), JES2,
OPC, InfoPac, HSM, IBM3494 Robotic Tape drive, TSO/ISPF, JCL, JESII, CICS, Unix and Windows SERVERS, Orion,

 Monitor systems and systems resources in multi-platform environments. This also includes the computer
room and associated hardware
 Effective incident and problem management skills from reporting to follow-up
 Provide 1st and 2nd level support for internal, dealer and vendor issues
 Administrative clearance for various network, client and other ongoing requirements
 Monitor, change and recommend solutions to systemresource issues to ensure optimum performance and
SLA’s
 As a production coordinatorschedule and run all daily and nightly business and userrequirements using
OPC.
 Approve,schedule and perform scheduled changes to production environment. Verify and add applications
when required
 Maintain current documentation and create new documentation as needed
 Perform shift turnover transition on all on-going/outstanding issues
