Puyo, is the capital of Pastaza province, it is situated at
an average high of 950 metres above the sea level.

“Selva Amazónica Tena”
Tena, capital of Napo’s province, is a city described as
attractive and calm inside the Amazon rain-forest. It is
known also as the “cinnamon city” of Ecuador.
