If you’re a relatively new MuleSoft customer — you may be wondering how to measure the value of your recently implemented platform. How can you showcase that the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is paving the way toward innovation in your organization? Is there any easy way to take a snapshot of what’s been built so far and project your organization’s pace to achieve digitalization? The first step to answering these questions is establishing a set of KPIs and measuring their progress over time. In this meetup, we are going to talk about the Metrics Accelerator Project. The Metrics accelerator (formerly metrics framework) is a Mule application intended to collect, aggregate and load platform metrics into different visualization systems; providing out of the box integrations and visualization options, including useful dashboards and charts. We will look at the demo, see what is provided out of the box and how to get started and realize value with this free distributed open source project from MuleSoft. There will be a Quiz trivia with stuff to keep you excited.
MuleSoft London Community March 2022 - CloudHub AutomationPace Integration
As one of the longest running MuleSoft Meetups globally, Pace Integration have hosted hundreds of professionals with an interest in MuleSoft and APIs, and the March London Meetup was our first event in 2022!
Featured topic: CloudHub Automation - How to automate Anypoint CloudHub and beyond through Infrastructure as a Code, presented by Mike Jakeman!
The CloudHub Automation team came together on a common philosophy to automate Anypoint CloudHub and beyond through Infrastructure as a Code. We wanted to reduce the CloudHub setup time for Muleys and partners so that the focus can be on innovation rather than duplicating/rebuilding platform configurations. The backbone of the idea is to offer flexibility and next generation open source building blocks for anyone using the platform to automate rich and complex needs using auto-generated client libraries. Given the team's experience it also means that we can inject standard platform best practises into templates for plug-and-play customers who wish to deliver use cases and bootstrap the integration layer without having to go through detailed platform discovery.

Presentation by Pune software craftsmanship around how we can use automated unit tests to improve existing code with confidence. Had multiple hands-on groups exercises to solve a simulated use case. We also had effective code-based discussions to maximize our learning and expand our toolkit.
Igor Bondarenko - Process organization of the development modules specific to...Meet Magento Italy
Over the years of my working experience, I have faced the fact that the way development process is organized differs greatly from company to company. At the same time, if we take the development of extensions as a separate subject it may seem to be a short-term activity, which has no particular nuances. In practice, it turns out that the development of an extension is not at all that simple.
I want to talk about how we have organized the process of extensions development at our company, and give some recommendations on how to optimize the development process so that to reduce costs and improve your product quality.
My report covers the following aspects of the development process:
- getting prepared for development: what idea to choose and what to do next
- role separation within a team
- tools
- development of an extension
- testing
- differences in approaches for Magento and Magento 2
All practices are divided into groups, so listeners can choose those of them that will harmoniously fit into their workflows.
PHP-WVL: Why programmers (we) never manage to make a productAndreas - Creten
As developers we tend to have a gazillion side projects but we never manage to get one finished. This talk gives some insight on why this is happening and how to overcome it.
Mainly focussed for developers or people who deal with developers.
What is collective code ownership in agile teams? what are its advantages? .What are the common pitfalls of it ?.
What would be the ways to implement into software development teams. If you would like to talk more on the topic feel free to email kapil@jyaasa.com

Going Agile? Three Conversations to Have Before You StartTechWell
All too often, companies adopt a mission to “go agile” before truly understanding what that entails. Business managers are quick to jump on the agile bandwagon, believing that going agile will magically make projects happen faster. Teams are getting certified in Scrum believing it is the silver bullet that will suddenly make everyone more productive. Inevitably, cracks begin to develop, and expectations are not met, leaving everyone questioning the value of going agile at all. Heather Fleming and Justin Riservato say there is a better way! The truth is that going agile will result in more productive teams and faster delivery of projects—but only if everyone can agree on the rules of the game. Learn why gaining consensus on the principles of agile is more important than implementing a specific process. Explore how having three key conversations—about saying no to deadlines, ensuring business partner engagement, and experimenting with process—up front can save you from an agile disaster.
