Set the Goal
Decide on a goal. Be very
specific. What exactly do you
want and when do you want it
by.
Break it Down
Work backwards and break it down.
Into bite sized chunks. What are the
steps you need to complete to reach
the goal?
Focus & Start
Focuse on the last step. Break it into
baby steps. What do you need to do
to tick off the first step? Don’t
overthink it, just start with that. Small
steps, buut by bit work away at each
tasks.

EXAMPLE
Set the goal
Jason wants to keep his teech clean.
So sets a goal to floss every day.
Jason doesn’t thave much
motiviation so he will have to break
this down into small steps to achieve
that goal.
Set the baby steps
Jason thinks about how he will
achieve this, so sets out small baby
steps: start with flossing one tooth,
adding another after each day.
Keep it going
Jason has a set back and forgets to
floss his teeth one day. Rather than
re-starting, Jason continues where
he left off and the results he gets
and how he feels gives him that
motivation.
