Research on Top Ten Sports developed by Spanish students taking part in the Erasmus + project 'School in Movement: enjoying wealth being in good health'. 1.-Poll: We asked our students to give names of sports they like doing. 2.- Then we asked our students which are their favourite sports. Everybody chose one of the thirty sports selected in the previous poll. 3.- Here we are publishing a presentation showing the rules of Soccer 7, our top sport. 4- Our video will come soon.

- 2. Playing Field SURFACE: It can be land , artificial grass or natural grass .
- 3. DIMENSIONS It is a rectangle of maximum length 65m and minimum 50m and a width no greater than 45m and nor less than 30m .
- 4. THE BALL The ball will have a circumference not exceeding 66 inches or less 62 centimeters.
- 5. NUMBER OF PLAYERS The game will be played by two teams compounded by seven players. One of them is the goalkeaper.They can change 3 players in all the match .
- 6. PLAYER EQUIPMENT Shirt, shorts, socks and appropriate boots .
- 7. THE REFEREE It is statutorily required the appointment of a referee to direct each match .
- 8. THE DURATION OF THE MATCH Each match lasts two equal periods of 30 minutes with a half time interval of 15 minutes .
- 9. THE START AND RESTART There will be a draw and the team that wins will decide the direction in which it will attack the first half of the match.
- 10. THE BALL IN PLAY AND OUT OF PLAY BALL GAME: the ball is in play at any time. OUT OF PLAY: The ball is out of play: -when leaving the field -when the referee stops the game.
- 11. THE GOAL It is a goal when the ball has passed the line between the posters and under the crossbar.
- 12. THE OFFSIDE A player is in an offside position when he or she is in the opponents half of the pitch and closer to the opponents goal line than both the ball and the second to last opponent.The offside doesn't exist when it is a corner, a throw-in and a kick-off. ●
- 13. FOUL In sports a foul is an inappropriate or unfair act by a player as deemed by a referee. A foul may be intentional or accidental.When one team committs a foul the other team will shoot.
- 14. PENALTY A penalty kick is a type of direct free kick in association football taken from 12 yards (approximately 11 metres) out from the goal, on the penalty mark.
- 15. THROW-IN A throw-in is a method of restarting play when the ball has exited the side of the playing field.
- 16. KICK-OFF The kick-off is performed when the opposing team throws the ball upfield for the bottom line, or after the goalkeeper has stopped the ball.
- 17. CORNER KICK A corner kick is awarded to the attacking team when the ball leaves the field of play by crossing the goal line (either on the ground or in the air) without a goal having been scored, having been last touched by a defending player. The kick is taken from the corners of the field of play nearest to where the ball crossed the goal line.
