Benefits of Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is used in reducing the constant use of medicine.
It promotes a better immune system by helping to drain and aid the
lymphatic system for immunity. It stimulates weak unused muscles
and stretches tight ones. Massage Therapy allows for a more
flexible body in all joints and muscles. If a person is suffering from
cognitive ailments like depression it eases anxiety and allows for
perfect peace. Massage allows for oxygen to flow through body
organs and helps in the body's circulation process. Massage helps
with muscles spasms and cramps. Massage relieves pain and
awakens tired unused muscles igniting endorphins in the body.
Massage therapy is the use of manipulations on soft body tissues such as (muscle,
connective, tendons and ligaments) to help a person move, relax, feel better and increase
