PROJECT 2: PERSONAL BRAND CANVAS
Alyssa Tong
ARENA
I would like to work in the internet marketing industry as an social media marketing
manager for a successful company such as Disney in the United States.
IDENTITY
I am a very driven and determined individual, wanting to make a name for herself in
the internet marketing industry. I am organized, responsible, and hardworking
worker that is willing to jump through obstacles to obtain my dreams with the help
of my personal brand of the hero archetype.
SKILLS
Some skills and knowledge that I currently have is mathematics, English language,
economics and accounting, customer service, active listening, time management,
critical thinking, and active learning.
PROFESSION
Overall, I am a very hard worker who is very driven to get my work done. I am able to
handle a number of tasks with little supervision. I stay organize throughout working,
in order to stay focused and on top of things. I feel with my competitive drive, I am
able to meet and achieve my goals.
CREDENTIALS
I am a very trustworthy worker as someone is able to trust me to complete any kind
of tasks that they assign me to. People are always able to count on me on any given
situation. Overall, I am a very organized hard worker who is capable of learning very
quickly and determined.
PROMISE
What I can promise to my future employer and clients is to complete and overcome
any challenges that come through my way. I will always show how I am an reliable
worker that is willing to help in any given time. I believe it is very hard to find
someone who isn’t reliable now a days, and I want to prove to people that I am just
that. I want to help set goals and make sure they are achieve within the deadline.
POSITIONING
Someone should hire or work with me rather than my competition because first I am
easier to work with, organized, reliable, responsible, and hardworking. I want my
audience to think of me as someone who isn’t afraid of a challenge and will do
anything to achieve any set goals. I am different than other competitors because I am
very determined person that is willing to jump through obstacles. I never give up and
always try to find a solution.
AUDIENCE
My dream company to work for would be Disney. I always loved Disney as a very
successful brand and business. They are influenced by billions of people all over the
world, who are looking for the most magical place on earth. I can find them in states
such as California and Florida. Also in other countries like China, and Europe. They
are interested in helping and making dreams come true and spreading happiness all
over the world. Some activities include meeting movies character, playing games,
riding rides, and simply having fun.
NETWORKING & MARKETING
I will gain the attention to my future employer or clients by continuing on developing
my website and updating my social medias. I can create a strong relationship with my
audience by making sure to stay on top of any news. The content I would publish
would relate to anything Disney to ensure I am staying true to the company itself.
The industry events I would attend would be all the Disney theme parks to make sure
I keep up to date of all theme parks. Also to post all kind of contents on my social
media pages.
COMPETITORS
There are many other competitors out that are other companies and other people
looking for the same job position. I believe my drive and competitiveness would able
to help me come up on top.

- Sales and Marketing Specialist in Orlando, Florida area who graduated at UCF in
2017.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
I would need to improve on learning more knowledges about marketing and having
the experience. That would defiantly take some time. I do feel that my time here at
Full Sail would help put me in the right direction into learning about marketing and
help me to obtain my future career. Some common tasks, skills, and knowledge
requirements of these searches were an Bachelor’s degree, sales and marketing
knowledge, mathematics, communication and media knowledge, active listening,
time management, critical thinking, and much more. I feel like an internship would
also help me gain more experience in marketing and maybe I can obtain some kind
of mentor to help me through the process. I would need to dedicate a lot of time to
help these improvements.
GOALS
I want to achieve my personal brand by making a name for myself and getting the
exposure I need to get my future job. I am seeking to grow my brand awareness by
creating my own website, and updating my social media sites. I want my personal
brand to help create awareness of my image. Also I will use my hero archetype to
help motivate others in achieving their goals and dreams, just like the company
Disney.

  • 1. PROJECT 2: PERSONAL BRAND CANVAS Alyssa Tong
  • 2. ARENA I would like to work in the internet marketing industry as an social media marketing manager for a successful company such as Disney in the United States.
  • 3. IDENTITY I am a very driven and determined individual, wanting to make a name for herself in the internet marketing industry. I am organized, responsible, and hardworking worker that is willing to jump through obstacles to obtain my dreams with the help of my personal brand of the hero archetype.
  • 4. SKILLS Some skills and knowledge that I currently have is mathematics, English language, economics and accounting, customer service, active listening, time management, critical thinking, and active learning.
  • 5. PROFESSION Overall, I am a very hard worker who is very driven to get my work done. I am able to handle a number of tasks with little supervision. I stay organize throughout working, in order to stay focused and on top of things. I feel with my competitive drive, I am able to meet and achieve my goals.
  • 6. CREDENTIALS I am a very trustworthy worker as someone is able to trust me to complete any kind of tasks that they assign me to. People are always able to count on me on any given situation. Overall, I am a very organized hard worker who is capable of learning very quickly and determined.
  • 7. PROMISE What I can promise to my future employer and clients is to complete and overcome any challenges that come through my way. I will always show how I am an reliable worker that is willing to help in any given time. I believe it is very hard to find someone who isn’t reliable now a days, and I want to prove to people that I am just that. I want to help set goals and make sure they are achieve within the deadline.
  • 8. POSITIONING Someone should hire or work with me rather than my competition because first I am easier to work with, organized, reliable, responsible, and hardworking. I want my audience to think of me as someone who isn’t afraid of a challenge and will do anything to achieve any set goals. I am different than other competitors because I am very determined person that is willing to jump through obstacles. I never give up and always try to find a solution.
  • 9. AUDIENCE My dream company to work for would be Disney. I always loved Disney as a very successful brand and business. They are influenced by billions of people all over the world, who are looking for the most magical place on earth. I can find them in states such as California and Florida. Also in other countries like China, and Europe. They are interested in helping and making dreams come true and spreading happiness all over the world. Some activities include meeting movies character, playing games, riding rides, and simply having fun.
  • 10. NETWORKING & MARKETING I will gain the attention to my future employer or clients by continuing on developing my website and updating my social medias. I can create a strong relationship with my audience by making sure to stay on top of any news. The content I would publish would relate to anything Disney to ensure I am staying true to the company itself. The industry events I would attend would be all the Disney theme parks to make sure I keep up to date of all theme parks. Also to post all kind of contents on my social media pages.
  • 11. COMPETITORS There are many other competitors out that are other companies and other people looking for the same job position. I believe my drive and competitiveness would able to help me come up on top. -Digital Marketing in Orlando, Florida area who was an Internet Marketing Strategist at Full Sail Unversity - Sales and Marketing Specialist in Orlando, Florida area who graduated at UCF in 2017.
  • 12. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT I would need to improve on learning more knowledges about marketing and having the experience. That would defiantly take some time. I do feel that my time here at Full Sail would help put me in the right direction into learning about marketing and help me to obtain my future career. Some common tasks, skills, and knowledge requirements of these searches were an Bachelor’s degree, sales and marketing knowledge, mathematics, communication and media knowledge, active listening, time management, critical thinking, and much more. I feel like an internship would also help me gain more experience in marketing and maybe I can obtain some kind of mentor to help me through the process. I would need to dedicate a lot of time to help these improvements.
  • 13. GOALS I want to achieve my personal brand by making a name for myself and getting the exposure I need to get my future job. I am seeking to grow my brand awareness by creating my own website, and updating my social media sites. I want my personal brand to help create awareness of my image. Also I will use my hero archetype to help motivate others in achieving their goals and dreams, just like the company Disney.
