17. Preperationof the ‘Budwig Protocol
1. Ingredients:
a) Flaxseed oil and Low Fat Cottage Cheese
b) Ground flaxseed
c) Curcumin and Cinnamon
d) blueberry, raspberry, banana a.o. fruits
2. Preparation:
a) Mix 4-5 fully loaded tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese with
3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil. Mix very well in a blender for about one
minute, stirring by hand is not enough.
b) Leave the mixture for 5-8 minutes.
c) Then you can add some blueberries, raspberries, cut banana or other fruits.
Mix them again well in the blender.
d) Then add (stirred by hand) some curcumin powder (about 1g), some
cinnamon and ground stevia leaves (for sweetening a bit).
e) Finally grind two tablespoons of flaxseed and 5 almonds in the blender.
The mixture is then stirred by hand into the “smoothie”.
3. Application:
a) For prevention take the “smoothie” once per day.
b) In case of treating a cancer take it in early morning and evening.
c) After the tumor has disappeared continue taking it once per day.
