 The chief most notable thing about fever is that it is a very good
friend.
 It comes in your body to burn down the toxins and clean the body
system, so instead of fighting against it, assist in its work.
 The best way to assist is to;
 Drink 3-4 glasses of hot gold/silver/copper/iron charged water, if
charged water is not possible drink a glass of water every after
one hour.
 If possible do fasting, abstain from food.
 Drink green juice or fresh fruit juice.
 If the temperature rises above 102 degree- keep ice packs on the
head and stomach.
 Cover up the body with a wet bed sheet and then woolen blanket
and allow perspiration to flow profusely, then wipe it out and keep
the body dry.
 Have complete bed rest
