This internship report summarizes Shahi Raz Akhtar's internship at the Office of the Accountant General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar from 2011-2015. First of all I’m grateful to ALLAH ALMIGHTY, who bestowed me with health, abilities
and guidance to complete the project in a successful manner, and without HIS help I was unable
to perform this task.
More than anybody else, I would like to acknowledge my extremely grateful Mr. Faisal
Khan, supervisor and Lecturer at Q.A.C.C, University of Peshawar, for his never ending support
and untiring efforts. He was always there to guide me whenever I felt stuck off and his
encouragement always worked as morale booster for me. I have found him very helpful while
discussing the tricky issues in this dissertation work. The other Flashing personality is
Mr. Haroon Khan Asstt: Accounts Officer Pension Cell in the Office of the Accountant General,
KPK, Peshawar for their compassionate behavior encouragement and continued guidance.
I do not have suitable / appropriate words, adequate to offer the grateful were to our loving
parents for inspiration to complete this study. Without their support and guidance it’d never be
feasible and sustainable.

5. I am a student of Quaid-e-Azam College of commerce, University of Peshawar which
assigned me the most obligatory task; to be an internee in any organization. I applied for
Accountant General Office , KPK Peshawar and luckily I got selected there as an internee.
I have studied this organization very deeply for submitting my internship report. In this
internship report, I have given the Introduction of Accountant General Office KPK Peshawar, the
purpose of study and scope of work in Chapter 1.
The full autonomous introduction is been discussed in chapter 2 which contains the basic
details of organization, departments and sections, and hierarchy as well.
In Chapter 3, I have given what I have undertaken at the organization and what I have
learned in the Organization especially in Pension Section and in Computer section. I have
provided the complete information from Pension cases upto it’s types and payment modes.
In chapter 4, the problems of the department as a whole have been discussed, which
conveys the clear and transparent picture of the whole organization, and also at the end of the
report some recommendations has given. I tried to put the most necessary and feasible
recommendations.
