Ans. Simply because of the fact that each organization has its own level of details and complexity of its
work environment , as well as, the extent of documentation and resources devoted to it, depends on
scope of system, size of organization and nature of its activities, products and services, and as all of the
above mentioned factors are apparently differs from one organization to another, it is only can be
judged by such type of primary “initial” visit for assessment that is needed to establish an in-advance
portfolio to work.
