Meanwhile, Lutum is shown abusing drugs at home while his friend Dan urges him to stop, though Lutum insists it feels good. Later, Lutum is seen sitting on a park bench, falling over while rejecting any offers of help. The timeline ends with Lutum falling with his eyes wide open as the picture fades to black.
