A Coach should build the capacity of
institutional Administrators and guide
them on how to plan and utilize school
funds under provisions of Article 201 (a)
of the Constitution (2010) as well as the
Public Financial Management Act (2012).

5. Public Procurement and Asset Disposal
Sensitize the School Administrator on the
provisions of the Procurement and Asset
Disposal Act (2020, Public Procurement
Manual for Schools and Colleges (2009) and
Public Audit Act (2003) and adherence to
