 Induction and On-boarding; Establish on-boarding procedures which ensure new-comer
feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new-comer arrival; Co-
ordinate and conduct orientation programs and 02 months training plans as well as
other related training (Communication skill, Customer Service skill, ...)
 Conduct the communication training program and training slide
 Employee Communications
Assists with the coordination of the employee recognition program. Updates training
plans ad activities on the Employee Notice Boards. Assists in coordinating of inter-
