Thomas Constructors, LLC (TC) is a TN
General Contractor that specializes in
interior office improvement construction
services in the Middle Tennessee area.
We construct spaces of all sizes and pride
ourselves in the ability to provide high-
end spaces with unique features on time
and on budget. The company’s overall

TC’s principal office is located in Nash-
ville, TN. The company’s principle
management is experienced and qualified
with over 25 years of experience in the
construction industry. Through years of
experience, TC’s principles have devel-
oped skills in preconstruction services,
scheduling and project management for
some of the most complex construction
projects being done today. The company
uses these refined construction methods
to realize savings in labor, material and
equipment cost.

improvements, call center relocations, church
renovations and expansions, and many more.

quantity take-off and pricing, bid solicita-

Corporate Headquarters Office for 20I20 Research. Located in the
historic Frost Building on Rosa Parks Blvd. This interior renova-
tion consisted of over 5 floors, totaling 25,000sf. The mul-
tiple floors include high-end con-
ference rooms, research observation
rooms, break areas and corporate
meeting breakouts.
Rolling Hills Community Church - Next Steps
This 26,000sf church addition is located in
Franklin, TN within a 144,000sf warehouse. The
interior space contains a pre-school classroom
space, church office space and adult breakout
meeting spaces. Construction was coordinated
around busy weekly church activities. This al-
lowed the church to continue occupancy and not
disrupt their typical schedules.

Highlighted Projects
Live Nation Entertainment
Interior tenant space for Live Nation Entertain-
ment located in Edgehill Village. This office
renovation kept with the character of a 1900’s
turn of the century building having exposed
wood columns and ceilings. The finishes include
millwork, rustic exposed barnwood, metal tin soffits
and custom millwork reception soffit feature.
EFC Systems
Renovation consisting of two floors interior
build-out along with exterior entry renova-
tions. Finishes include all glass entrances,
floor and wall tile, carpet, lobby wood fea-
ture wall/ceiling panels and multiple
breakout/meeting areas.
VMG Health
VMG Health is a high-end interior build-
out located in a premium downtown high-
rise. The work include intricate drywall
reveals/details, stained concrete floors,
floating cloud ceilings at conference rooms
and breakroom, custom reception desk
along with an extensive light fixture pack-
age to highlight the many feature walls
throughout the space.
