10. Middleware Development
• I have led several software development projects that have enhanced
internal workflows, increased revenue ratios on sold advertising spots and
engaged revenue generating viewership.
• I support a web-based vendor portal for construction management – A
portion of this portal would contain a knowledge base guiding vendors
through process and interaction with Riot Games. It would also link with
internal notifications and workflows.
• Contained within the portal would be delivery specifications and vendor
performance rankings for field productions, but also serve as a notification
engine for RFP processing, approvals, forecasting and communication.
11. Team Development
• I can hire, direct, manage and develop/mentor the production and
Network Operations group to ensure managerial and operational skills
support an open, collaborative and high performance environment
• Build a cross functional team that fosters interdependence and self
reliance relies on the sound philosophical foundation of the company
• The quality outcome of effective mentoring starts with a rational steadfast
leader who rolls up the sleeves and digs in.
• Further, creating a foundation of problem resolution called the 3 C’s:
Communication, Creativity and Collaboration . To root cause the issue and
ensure against its repeat.
