3. Since 1982 Anticorrosion Protective Systems (APS) have been providing
supply and installation of Thermal Spray Coatings using the “Electric Arc
Method” to deposit various metallic coatings Zinc, Aluminium, Monel onto
suitably prepared substrates.
In association with Metallisation (UK) Ltd, in the UK, APS has developed
many site applications to provide Thermally Spray Aluminium (TSA)
coatings as a Corrosion Protection System to a wide range of Industrial
and Commercial Application.
Based in Dubai we provide a full site contracts service to all regions of the
Arabian Gulf for corrosion coating services meeting all the relevant
ASTM/BS/EN ISO Standards plus many of the operators own standards
NORSOK, Shell Dep. etc.
4. A fully automated TSAcoating system for pipe and piles is available from
APSDubai at our D.I.P or Al-Quoz facilities.
Full inventories are maintained of Aluminium 99.9%, Alu/Mg, Monel,
Zinc together with their appropriate sealers in our Dubai warehouse.
APSoperate from their Dubai baseover 11 ArcSprayMachines ranging
from Metallisation Arc140, Arc700 and the new Arc170 system.
All our Operatives are fully ISO-14918 approved and are re-tested every
6 monthsto ensure a high level of quality ismaintained.
