Avene Cleanance Expert Launch
The purpose of this product launching is to promote the
importance of skin care especially the youth for them
to be able to have confidence in things that they love to
do.
Selected beauty bloggers attended the event since
we believed that they have a big impact in the social
media wherein the youth are more engaged in.
The launch was followed by a 6 day activation where
there were activities that can attract mall goers to drop
by the Avene booth.

Accomplished Duties
 Able to look for an event host fitted for the theme
 Coordination of suppliers including photobooth
rental, and event materials
 Developed activities that can attract mall goers in
the succeeding activation days
 Prepared checklist, cue cards for the host and
other materials needed
 Proofread event script
 Assist during ingress and egress
 Supervised succeeding activation to easily
monitor visitors, activities, and troubleshoot if any
 Developed Accomplishment report
Avene Office Tour: Beauty at Work
The objective of this office tour activation is to promote
beauty in a person’s busy lifestyle as well as to give
awareness that Avene is a leading dermo-cosmetic
brand from France and to address product availability in
the country.
Proposed a joint venture in six companies in Metro
Manila to promote holistic skin care for their employees
to look better and to be more productive.
August - December 2015
Accomplished Duties
 Searched and coordinated offices
 Conducted ocular inspections in all target offices
 Submitted company profile for client’s reference
 Briefed Avene’s beauty advisers
 Supervised the booth for easy monitoring of
guests, product purchased, troubleshooting if any.

 Developed accomplishment report per office
including the summary of sales
Product Relaunch : A More Beautiful You
February 2016
The relaunching of the Avene Micellar Lotion was an
Intimate event in time for Valentine’s Day.
It was attended by beauty bloggers and Maybeline’s
Makeup training expert, Chuchie Ledesma to give tips
on how to properly apply make up during day and
night dates.
Accomplished Duties
 Searched for venue
 Looked for the best makeup artist with minimal
cost
 Conducted several ocular inspections with
suppliers, makeup artist and client
 Negotiate less rate of the venue
 Developed memorandum of Agreement for
makeup artist and for the venue
 Prepared event materials such as cue cards for
the host, musics and AVP
 Supervised ingress and egress
 Product Inventory
Product Launch: A More Beautiful Summer
April 2016
The rationale of this event is to promote and give
Product availability of the New Avene Cleanace Solaire
Sun Protection.
This was a three day event that was conducted in
boracay since this location has the product’s targeted
market.

 Coordination with the event coordinator
 Looked for Brand Ambassadors within the budget
given
 Developed activities which can attract beach
goers
 Able to look for free hotels where we can giveaway

Flash : Santa Clause Gift Giving Project
December 2015
The objective of this gift giving project by Flash is to
bring back the joy to their market who joined their online
Campaign through surprising the winner by giving
Goods and the Flash phone.
Accomplished Duties
 Called winner to give the good news and some
reminders
 Looked for a “Santa Clause” costume player
 Developed story board for the AVP that will appear

 Participated in the AVP
 Able to follow client concerns from Flash

Active One: Clinic Launching
December 2015
The purpose of this event is to launch the clinic’s new
facilities wherein it is like a one stop shop to their
their patients to have convenience in their medical
check up.
Accomplished Duties
 Looked for host with low cost, yet can has wide
experience in event hosting
 Looked for catering within the budget given
 Coordination with the client
 Proofread event script
 Prepared event materials (e.g. cue cards)
 Briefed the host
EVENT
The World Safety Organization conducted their annual
symposium in the Philippines to talk about safety,
awareness, preparedness and campaigns which they
can contribute to the country.
This symposium was very timely since the Philippines
faced a lot of disaster wherein many Filipinos died and
lost their home.

The purpose of this mall activation of Energizer is to
promote their product promo and to support the
block buster move, Batman vs Superman.
The 3D photobooth is an additional activity to have
more visitors in the Energizer booth as well as to promote
their promo.
