2015
Operations
Manager
06/2015-‐09/2015
This
was
a
unique
project,
involving
a
complex
two-‐tier
structure;
built
over
four
days,
with
a
three-‐day
live
activation,
and
a
two-‐day
de-‐build.
I
was
brought
on
to
this
project
because
of
my
strong
operational
skills.
Onsite
I
was
managing
and
leading
a
crew
of
14
individuals;
assigning
jobs
that
utilised
individual’s
construction
skills,
and
also
ensuring
fluid
build
progress.
Due
to
the
fact
that
pre-‐event
the
supplier
of
the
kit
was
failing
to
meet
the
deadline
for
delivery,
I
started
on
this
project
earlier
than
intended,
and
travelled
to
them;
implementing
support
so
that
it
would
meet
deadline.
Building
the
structure
for
the
first
time
at
‘Taste
of
Dublin’
festival,
my
ability
to
learn
fast,
troubleshoot
and
adapt,
meant
that
we
were
able
to
complete
the
build
on
time
and
to
a
high
standard.
This
kit
then
became
a
touring
kit,
and
had
to
be
consolidated
and
transported
accordingly.
We
operated
at
two
additional
locations
in
the
summer
season,
Henley
Regatta
and

The

imperative

a
potential
