2. The First
Idea
A girl disappears after school while her dad and brother are waiting in the car. The
continuity sequence starts as a typical drama about a lost kid, with police being
involved, her classmates being questioned, her family grieving, and constantly
returning to her school in order to find her. They do not believe she got lost so
simply, on theoretically safe territory. But is it really that safe, as teachers are
trying to tell them?
3. The Second
Idea
A girl disappears not at school but in the hospital where she stays because she
has her leg broken. When her family comes to check up on her, they’re greeted by
a nurse who says that they took their child home a week or so ago. Parents are
terrified; how could they forget about taking their child home? The police are
involved, but everyone seems suspiciously unbothered.
4. The Third
Idea
There is no disappearance at all, as the girl simply runs away from a toxic
environment at home, and her parents are searching for her. The storyline
focuses on a young girl trevaling by herself, and people who see her always
question her about why she is alone; however, it is not revealed in the sequence
that the girl, in fact, ran away from a cult. The story has to focus on how the girl
interacts with the world weirdly because she wasn’t socialized properly.
5. The Final
Idea
A girl disappears in a building. She couldn’t really go anywhere, so her family is
trying to find her. Unfortunately, they do not succeed. This continuity sequence
will have fast pace and typical tense atmosphere for a thriller movie, with
shot/reverse cuts, suspenseful music, and more.
