The Spanish education system consists of preschool, primary education from ages 6-12, secondary education from ages 12-16, and Bachillerato for ages 16-18. Students can then pursue vocational training or university. Vocational training has two levels and university education is offered at public, private, and Catholic universities, with classes lasting 50-60 minutes and final evaluations in February or June.

4. Vocational training
• Entrance exam
• This phase prepares students to perform a
specific job.
• There are two levels:
1. Intermediate Level Vocational Training: Students can enter
with the title of Compulsory Secondary Education Graduate
or by means of an entrance examination that can be taken if
you are at least 18 years old in the year you take it.
3. Senior Level Vocational Training: Students can enter with the
title of Bachillerato or by an entrance exam that can be taken
if you are at least 20 years old in the year you take it.

• There are public, private, and catholic

• The government sets the official titles and
the minimum for all students.
• Universities set their own electives.
