2. Chi Siamo
RoTechnology was founded in January 2011 by a
group of professionals with broad experience in
design of embedded systems, GIS systems, Web
application and cryptography.

3. During the years the firm is markedly grown in ability and resources. It works in partnership with other
technological enterprises and with the Italian and European most important centers of research.

4. Organization
Ro Technology is organized in three main fucional areas:
 Services
 From the Rome and Millan offices, RoTechnology brings their experience and technical ability to their
own clients highly specialised technicians net.
 Our experts work inside the client's office supported by the technical net that guarantees an effective
solution to their needs.
 Projects
 We developed integral and ad hoc solutions for our clients, starting from needs analysis, terms of
reference desing, to developing, testing and starting-up the final solution and bringing post-sales
solutions.
 Ricearch and development
 We are participatin in 5 research projects selected and foundid by various European and Italian
intitutions.
 Working in an international parters net we are active presenting new projects proposals and creating
new partherships.

And in three functional areas, transversal to the main areas:
 Trends
 Editing and presentation of the offers for the bidding opposition. Coordination and acquisition of data or
necessary studies managing the interface with the interested functions. Check of the compiles in all of the
offer parts according to the formalities required by the trending and the economic offer. Upload of the norms
of law to regional, national and community character inherent the competitions of contract of the sector of
business interest.
 Human resources
 Selection, management and training of the human resources. Definition and management of the recruiting
process, selection of the recruitment techniques, professional profiles definition, reception and insertion plan
of new resources. Integrated actions for the improvement of the resources. Models of Competences and
strategic management of the Human Capital.
 Communication
 The communication area develops the booth marketing and communication functions. The principal functions
are to strength the culture RoTechnology among all the employees, creating a climate of trust and creativity, in
which each one know the enterprise and feel themselves safe and sure of the own role inside it, and to create
a regular and fluid relationship with the external public.

6. Project Area
A team of professionals work in the development of solucions and/or projects on the basis of demands of our
customers.
The standard project is based on specifics steps: feasibility study, risk analysis, program management,
monitoring, delivery and post-sales.
The competences of this area can be described as:
 Telco: solutions for LI process management, solutions for traffic analysis, solutions for traficc mobile,
consultin in networking, OSS.
 Pubblic administration: GIS systems, Liferay portal development, Drupal portal development, planning and
implementation of Web geo-referenced platform.
 Enterprise: solutions in Video Analysis, motion detection, face recognition. Portals development and M2M
apps.
