Currently studying BSc (Hons) Forensic Computing, as a mature student, with strong IT skills
gained using both popular and bespoke business applications. I have had considerable
involvement in data and IT security and networks, where I was relied upon to use diagnostic
skills and software to resolve an extensive range of technical challenges. I have extensive
customer facing experience across a variety of industries and enjoy resolving technical
problems and expanding my knowledge, soaking up new innovations in the IT industry. I
have an interest in working for organisations, providing me with the opportunity to utilise my
specialised skills to investigate and resolve security breaches and problems.
Technical Skills
Current modules include Ethical Hacking, XRY, Encase, Biometrics, Digital forensic
tools and systems
Advanced Level Apprenticeship in IT Software Web & Telecoms Professionals (in the
apprenticeship sector for occupations in Business and Information Technology)
I am competent in the following languages SQL, C# (for which I achieved a
distinction), HTML, UNIX, having worked with oracle bespoke applications. Having
utilised SQL/SQL Plus to both fix and update government systems.
Experience of Java and C programming within my 1st year at Staffordshire University,
as part of the degree aforementioned.
