Build and manage a team of methodology development experts.
The responsibility of the team, under my management was to, develop and maintain
the processes and tools required to develop and implement software products for
Amdocs.
The methodology was based on the well known international standards such as CMM
and CMMI and covered the entire life cycle of a project.
 Director – ADL Cyprus (Amdocs Development Center in Cyprus)
Cluster Manager at ADL Amdocs Development Center Cyprus, the second largest
development center (over 700 employees).
Management of projects products support and various teams for many Amdocs
customers around the world in the area of billing, customer relations management, and
other telecommunication support systems (over 120 persons). Responsibilities covered
all aspects of management including recruiting, evaluation, compensation, promotion,

system for Amidar, the national housing authority in Israel, including re-

1980 - 1992: Yael Software Ltd.
 Project leader for management, development, implementation, and support of a trade
finance banking system for major banks in the Far East and in Israel, including issuing
functional specifications, coordinating with the customer, coordinating customer’s
development group, and providing user training. The project included design and
implementation of various interfaces for other banking systems such as SWIFT,
General Ledger, Demand Deposit Account, Foreign Exchange, Customer Information
System payment systems, as well as EDI interface.
 Project manager for a large-scale development project that dealt with the national
collection of fees for the Israeli Broadcasting Authorities. This was a major
development task including responsibilities for all project phases, starting at project
initiation and terminating with installation, implementation, and ongoing support.
