1. Big Data, Deep Learning & Disease Detection (The term “Big” Data refers to the huge data sets we are
all building via our smartphones, laptops and computers from Text messages, Emails, Whatsapp, Social
media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.), Videos, Photos).
2. Precision Medicine & Deep Genomics (Predictive analysis to determine the most appropriate
treatment on an individual basis.) (Algorithms to identify and treat illness along with improving lifestyles
and avoiding preventable deaths.)
3. Predictive Analytics
4. Chatbots and virtual assistants
5. IOT/IOE technologies will augment the healthcare system with data from external systems such as
traffic congestion, community events, and environment pollution (Sensors, Machines, Vehicles,
Trackers / Wearables (Watches, Fitbit etc.)
