The state of health in the patient is proportionally connected to the kind of disease.
There are drastic diseases which put our mind in fulltime worried since are rarely
treated, or even being possible to treat they do not give good expectations in the doctors
and the patient mind. So, when it happens, patient's mind seems to have only one option
– death. The death can happen willingly or naturally. The first can be derived from the
non satisfaction of the treatment results or in another hand the personal facts then, when
the person asks to put end his own life has to be taken in consideration some legal
aspects which enable the clearness of this action such as: formal request, health state,
clear reasons, witnesses and family commitment.
It is clear that a formal request is responsible way of keeping things under controlled
and satisfactory to those who will need to know later soon about the incident, may be
family or other people. Then, possessing a written display leaves accurate the way how
this matter can be seen in the future.
In other hand, the health state is also the key to be allowed to put end own life, but make
sure that it is critical to the point of been considered as acceptable.
The patient can feel sorrow and pain internally which people cannot comprehend and
adding personal issues (debts, marriage problems, crime, etc.) reaches to the point of
decision that only a patient can feel and act as such. Besides, it has been a must to get
witnesses who testimony this practice and serve as guides and helpers, and they manage
to have commitment to the family in case of doubts, share to the family.
In brief, all aspects for the fulfillment of the patient's desire are connected to the unique
purpose – guarantee to the preservation of personal integrity which involve autonomy
and liberty. Therefore, the death perpetrated with the person himself/herself is a major
sin in the eyes of God and, although is alternative decision, is unadvisable.
