The majority of students had not previously participated in an eTwinning project. Their favorite part of the project was writing about regional products from different countries. While students enjoyed learning about other cultures, the project did not significantly improve their English or computer skills. However, students found it interesting to collaborate with others internationally and learn new things about other regions. Most participants expressed interest in engaging in another eTwinning project in the future.

Olive oil has many uses including in cooking, beauty products, folk medicine, and religion. It is a key part of the Mediterranean diet and is used in most dishes and pastries due to its health benefits. Olive oil is also used to make soaps, lotions, and other cosmetics because it is hydrating and full of antioxidants. Religiously, olive oil is used in oil lamps in churches and during religious ceremonies like christenings. Nutritionally, olive oil contains vitamins E and K as well as heart-healthy fatty acids and high levels of antioxidants that can help fight diseases.

Our school is the 1st EPAL Ierapetra's vocational school located in Ierapetra, Crete. It has approximately 250 students and 40 teachers. The school contains two main buildings with two floors each that house various workshops and specializations including economics, agriculture, tourism, electricians, mechanics, car mechanics and computers.
