Young minds are more creative and perceptive than older individuals. However, we rarely encourage and explore the potential of growing young minds, especially in the medical field. If we do not help future generations reach their potential, they will be limited by outdated systems. Creative people see themselves as creative and allow themselves freedom to create, while uncreative people do not consider creativity and do not give themselves a chance to create new things. Many innovations are simply new ideas that have changed the world. Creativity requires setting aside time for reflection and considering if there are better ways of doing things. Viewing problems as opportunities for improvement also fosters creativity.

The young minds are creative and perceptive than many who have
grown old. We rarely explore and encourage the growing minds that
are the future resource in any profession as it stands prominent in
Medical profession. If we do not attempt to explore the potentials of
our future generation they too become just slaves of the old system
which many not serve many in future .Understanding the differences
only difference between creative and uncreative people is self-
perception. Creative people see themselves as creative and give
themselves the freedom to create. Uncreative people do not think
about creativity and do not give themselves the opportunity to create
anything new. Many innovations are simple imaginations which have
changed the world. Being creative may just be a matter of setting aside
the time needed to take a step back and allow yourself to ask yourself
if there is a better way of doing something.Another important
attitude-shift is to view problems as opportunities for improvement.
While this is something of a catch, it is true. Whenever you solve a
problem, you have a better performance and service to offer
afterwards.Creativity is unproductive if action does not follow from it.
Ideas must be evaluated, improved, polished and marketed before
they have any value.The importance of creative thinking today needs
no emphasis. In our profession or in your work, we will have a
competitive advantage if you develop your ability to come up with
new ideas. In your personal life, too, creative thinking can lead you
into new paths of creative activity. It can enrich your life – though not
always in the way you expect.The important thing is not to stop
questioning’, said Einstein. ‘Curiosity has its own reason for
existing. One cannot help but be in awe when one contemplates
the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvellous structure of

2. reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of
this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity.’Critical
thinking is an important element of all professional fields and
academic disciplines. The process of critical thinking involves the
careful acquisition and interpretation of information and use of it to
reach a well-justified conclusion.One of the best ways to cultivate your
creative mind is to try out a lot of new techniques and new ideas while
you are involved in the creative process. Don’t break up with your
design just because you don’t see any possible relevance in it and for
the fear that you might end up with a bad result because it didn’t turn
out the way you expected. The power of the human brain is such that
it will contemplate new ideas when put in such unforeseen
circumstances.The importance of creative thinking today needs no
emphasis. In your profession or in your work, you will have a
competitive advantage if you develop your ability to come up with
new ideas. In your personal life, too, creative thinking can lead you
into new paths of creative activity. It can enrich your life – though not
always in the way you expect.There is something mysterious about
creativity. We can describe it, admire it, strive for it and experience it,
but we can never understand just how or why a certain innovative
idea springs up at a particular time in the mind of a particular
individual. Indeed, most people never expect to understand or master
that process. Let's hope we do not, for our world would be far more
dreary if we ever fully harnessed the creative process and learned to
produce results only on schedule or on demand.Force your mind to
see things differently — in a new light, from a new angle, from another
scale of time or distance, or from the perspective of someone with a
different background. Explore beyond the bounds of your expertise
— you may have the exact perspective needed by a colleague in
another field. Great writers often scribble inspired thoughts when
they arise, then subject them to the time-honoured writer's formula:
"l) revise 2) revise and 3) revise again." Consider your idea a rough

3. draft that needs to be polished by a few cycles through the idea-
processor."To be creative, think creatively". Don't muddle around
hoping for a great idea to strike like a bolt of lightning. Train yourself
to think in ways that have worked for others. Everyone knows a
habit can be acquired through repetition. Why not make
thinking creatively a habit?The real creativity is working beyond
our duty and responsibilities.
