This article discusses the proposal of a redevelopment of the judicial enforcement step mainly in regards of public interest litigation. That is to say whenever the judiciary has before itself the responsibility to provide an answer for the claims to the accomplishment of public policies, it must focus on ensuring the contradictory as a co-participation one. The constitutional proceedings require from the judiciary a new approach with regards to dealing with old and new litigations. As for public interest litigations it is necessary to rebuild the foundation of mainstream judicial proceeding theory so that it can go beyond the debate between liberal and socializing stances and thus enable a discoursive formation of the decision and of its enforcement. Basing on 5º paragraph of the article 461 from Brazilian Civil Procedures Code, this article argues that it should be created a procedure in the judicial enforcement step whereby the parties (and others) may settle about its form, timing and scheduling, supported by an expert mediator, who would be supposed to technically assist the parties' settlement efforts. In this way, the enforcement of public interest litigation acquires a “soft character” as it becomes more effective since it allows that its form will not come from a monocratic doer, but from the deliberation of the very ones affected by the claimed public police, and thus the enforcement has better chances to succeed. oceanography, this issue displays six scientific articles. Chanut et al. are starting with a paper describing the Mercator Ocean
regional system embracing the French Atlantic coast with a 1/36° horizontal resolution. Marsaleix et a l. are then writing about
the North Western Mediterranean Sea system which is currently upgraded in the framework of the ECOOP program. Next paper
by Riflet et al. is dealing with operational ocean forecasting of the Portuguese waters using the Mercator Ocean North Atlantic
high resolution solution at its boundaries. Lecornu et al. are following with an article about the PREVIMER operational MARS
system in the Bay of Biscay. Marchesiello et al. are then describing the effort conducted at IRD in order to provide the
developing countries with tools for operational regional marine forecast. At last, Reffray et al. tell us how the MARS,
SYMPHONIE and NEMO/OPA systems intercompare over the Bay of Biscay during the year 2004.

This article discusses the proposal of a redevelopment of the judicial enforcement step mainly in regards of public interest litigation. That is to say whenever the judiciary has before itself the responsibility to provide an answer for the claims to the accomplishment of public policies, it must focus on ensuring the contradictory as a co-participation one. The constitutional proceedings require from the judiciary a new approach with regards to dealing with old and new litigations. As for public interest litigations it is necessary to rebuild the foundation of mainstream judicial proceeding theory so that it can go beyond the debate between liberal and socializing stances and thus enable a discoursive formation of the decision and of its enforcement. Basing on 5º paragraph of the article 461 from Brazilian Civil Procedures Code, this article argues that it should be created a procedure in the judicial enforcement step whereby the parties (and others) may settle about its form, timing and scheduling, supported by an expert mediator, who would be supposed to technically assist the parties' settlement efforts. In this way, the enforcement of public interest litigation acquires a “soft character” as it becomes more effective since it allows that its form will not come from a monocratic doer, but from the deliberation of the very ones affected by the claimed public police, and thus the enforcement has better chances to succeed. recently done towards regional to coastal modelling with nesting and open boundary procedures as well as imbrications of

regional system embracing the French Atlantic coast with a 1/36° horizontal resolution. Marsaleix et a l. are then writing about
the North Western Mediterranean Sea system which is currently upgraded in the framework of the ECOOP program. Next paper
by Riflet et al. is dealing with operational ocean forecasting of the Portuguese waters using the Mercator Ocean North Atlantic
high resolution solution at its boundaries. Lecornu et al. are following with an article about the PREVIMER operational MARS
system in the Bay of Biscay. Marchesiello et al. are then describing the effort conducted at IRD in order to provide the
developing countries with tools for operational regional marine forecast. At last, Reffray et al. tell us how the MARS,
SYMPHONIE and NEMO/OPA systems intercompare over the Bay of Biscay during the year 2004.

Government and NGO actors have implemented prevention, protection, and prosecution efforts to address trafficking. However, more work is still needed to strengthen anti-trafficking efforts, address demand factors, and combat emerging issues related to migration. Continued efforts to combat human trafficking directly support goals to reduce poverty, improve education, and achieve gender equality in Cambodia.

In this study, the roles of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) traditional bodies in curbing obnoxious gender-based societal practices and injustices in Igboland of Nigeria is critically examined. It is occasioned by public complaints that the orthodox legal system is oftentimes weak and slow in addressing this problem. The poor, the weak and the voiceless in society including women and girls who cannot afford the costs of long and tortuous legal battles in court are usually victims of injustices, unjust practices and lack of equal access to the formal justice system. The specific objectives of the study were to: ascertain the length of time it takes to dispense cases in the formal courts; determine the roles of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) traditional bodies in Igboland in correcting social injustices and in dispute mediations and resolutions in Igbo communities; assess their comparative acceptability vis-à-vis the formal court system amongst the Igbo people of Nigeria. In the study methodology, a combination of desk research and survey technique was employed in gathering data, which were statistically analysed through tests of proportions. Results obtained showed that it takes relatively long to dispense cases in Nigerian courts; alternative dispute resolution (ADR) traditional bodies in Igboland contribute significantly in redressing obnoxious traditional practices and in dispute resolutions in Igbo communities. They are significantly more acceptable and patronized by the people more than the formal courts. It was then recommended that the government of Nigeria should recognize these bodies, use conflict-free public relations media to enlighten them better on fair justice resolution styles and integrate them into the country’s formal legal system
