Gabriel appeared to several biblical figures, including Daniel, Zechariah, and Mary. When Gabriel appeared to Mary, he told her she would conceive and give birth to a son named Jesus, who would be the Son of God and reign forever. Mary was initially troubled by this message but said she was God's servant and would submit to his word. Gabriel's visits and Mary's obedience were meant to fulfill God's plan of salvation through Jesus' birth. Believers are called not to let these events be in vain by honoring God with authentic worship, walking with brokenness before him, and working courageously for him.

trying to understand it, there before me stood

man's voice from the Ulai calling, "Gabriel,
tell this man the meaning of the vision."

Gabriel then explained the vision. Later,
Gabriel came to Daniel again to explain
another difficult prophecy: "while I was still in
prayer, Gabriel, the man I had seen in the
earlier vision, came to me in swift flight about
the time of the evening sacrifice."

Zechariah and wondering why he stayed so long in
the temple. 22 When he came out, he could not

in the temple, for he kept making signs to them but
remained unable to speak.

24 After this his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five
months remained in seclusion. 25 “The Lord has done this for
