This document discusses the importance of father involvement in children's lives and the launch of a fathers movement in Singapore called Dads for Life. It provides evidence from research that father involvement is associated with better cognitive development, socioemotional well-being, and fewer at-risk behaviors in children. It then outlines how the Dads for Life movement was conceived and launched in 2009 to inspire and involve fathers through awareness campaigns, conferences, and community partnerships. The goal is to equip fathers to positively influence their children.

Some argue that girls and boys learn language differently. Using classroom video and the concepts of 'priming' and 'stereotype threat', the presenter asserts that education, not hardwiring, is what ensures that both sexes flourish when learning language. Teaching ideas to combat sexism and promote success with all children are presented.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

35. 1 KINGS 18:1, 44-45
After a long time, in the third year, the word of
the Lord came to Elijah: “Go and present yourself to Ahab,
and I will send rain on the land”
The seventh time the servant reported, “A cloud as small as
a man’s hand is rising from the sea.”
So Elijah said, “Go and tell Ahab, ‘Hitch up your chariot
and go down before the rain stops you.’”
Meanwhile, the sky grew black with clouds, the wind rose, a
heavy rain started falling and Ahab rode off to Jezreel.

Baal and whose mouths have not
kissed him.”
