    where he is talking about how he hasn‟t slept for a year and how insomnia hasn‟t killed
    anyone before.


•   Link the machines he works on with the dialogue of the people in the locker room when he
    says „no body wants you here.


•   Airport coffee shop when it says 1.30 on the clock.

•   Use a high paced montage of various imagery from the film such as Route 666, 1:30, the
    red car with dialogue from the film such as coworkers saying Trevoir is crazy and Trevor
    shouting “Where is he?” then cut to the shot of Ivan seen in key imagery and slowing
    down, connoting that all of the mystery in the film is linked to Ivan.
•   Use sticky notes as intertitles: “Trevor Reznick is only four letters away from the truth”
•   Cut to sticky note with hangman puzzle and _ _ _ _ E R
•   Dissolve to title: “The Machinist”, and then to “Coming Soon” with the credits
