THE IMPACT OF LEARNING MODALITY BLENDED LEARNING AMONG.pptx
1. THE IMPACT OF LEARNING MODALITY
BLENDED LEARNING AMONG THE
GRADE 9 AND 11 STUDENTS IN
CANDELARIA INSTITUTE OF
TECHNOLOGY INC.
2. Blended learning, also known as hybrid learning, is an
approach to education that combines online educational
materials and opportunities for interaction online with
traditional place-based classroom methods.” But don't
worry if 'traditional place-based classrooms' are out of the
question for your learners right now. In a method known as
blended learning, students receive instruction from a
teacher both in-person and online. So, for instance, a
person might enroll in a course at a nearby university on
the fundamentals of SEO, follow it up with assignments,
and view a video lecture on the subject. (Eoghan Quigley,
2019).
4. Theoretical Framework
theoretical framework, based on the OECD eBusiness Indicator framework but tailored for
higher education institutions, which provides an overview of the blended learning
experience in regards to: Readiness: taking into consideration institution readiness, staff
readiness and student readiness. Intensity of adoption: in this instance the intensity of
adoption considers the blended learning options selected for adoption by staff and the
adoption of those options by students. Impact: or quality of learning achieved. Quality of
learning can be assessed via a number of means as discussed in the previous section. It is
important to remember that the framework can be used to examine different stages of
adoption of blended learning packages. For instance, when considering the initial adoption
of blended learning it would be useful to concentrate upon the readiness aspect of the
framework. When examining the section of blended learning options by students, the
intensity of adoption section of the framework would be considered, with some reference
to staff and student readiness also likely. In regards to the quality of learning achieved it is
likely that the impact section of the framework will be considered in conjunction alongside
the intensity of adoption as different blending learning options are likely to be assessed.
5. RESEARCH QUESTIONS
1.How do the respondents describe in terms of:
1.2 Age
1.3 Sex
1.4 Grade
1.5 Section
2.How much time does it take for students to adjust to this
system?
3. How do learning modality blended learning helps the
students to enhance their learning ability?
7. RESEARCH DESIGN
Descriptive research design is a type of research design that aims to
obtain information to systematically describe a phenomenon, situation,
or population. More specifically, it helps answer the what, when, where,
and how questions regarding the research problem, rather than the why.
The descriptive method of research can involve the use of many different
kinds of research methods to investigate the variables in question. It
predominantly employs quantitative data, although qualitative data is
also used sometimes for descriptive purposes. It is important to note that
in the descriptive method of research, unlike in experimental research,
the researcher does not control or manipulate any variables. Instead, the
variables are only identified, observed, and measured (Voxco’s, 2021).
8. Respondent of the Study
The respondent of this study are all Grade 9 and 11
students as respondents from Candelaria Institute of
Technology of Cabadbaran Incorporated, within the
academic year of 2021-2022 the length time of this
study will take for about two semesters.
9. Locale of the study
This study was conducted at Candelaria Institute of Technology of
Cabadbaran Incorporated a Roman Catholic private Institute, it is located at
Funchion street, Cabadbaran City Agusan del Norte. Attached the map of
C.I.T.C.I indicating the location of the school.
10. Instrument of the Study
The research instrument that will use in gathering data of
the study was questioner only.
A questioner is the instrument for collecting the primary
data (Cohen, 2013). ‘Primary data’ by ectension is data that
would not otherwise exist if it were not for the research
process and is collected through both questionnaires or
interviews, (O’Leary, 2014). An ‘interview’ is typically a face-to-
face conversation between a researcher and participant
involving a transfer of information to the interviewer
(Cresswell, 2012).
11. Data Gathering Procedure
Before the researcher will going to conduct the study, the
researcher will send a letter of request to the head of the junior
and senior high department to request permission to give all
CITCI students in grades 9 and 11 access to the research
survey and interview questions. After the respondents have
responded to the questionnaire, the researcher will hand out
the survey to the respondents. Grade 9 and 11 students will
then choose the letter to which they belong or if they are
technologically literate. The response of the respondent will be
to check, total, tabulate, interpret, and analyze.
