This document discusses the impact of human resource management on employee awareness and organizational capability. It states that awareness is increasingly being viewed as a valuable resource for competitive advantage, as the ability to share and create new knowledge allows organizations to gain an edge. While awareness has always been important, managers only began realizing its strategic value about 30 years ago due to competitive pressures. Effective human resource management is key to developing an organization's collective awareness by facilitating knowledge sharing among employees and investing in awareness-related training and development. The study aims to determine how human resource management influences employee awareness of their roles and the organization's capabilities, and to identify the processes used to disseminate important information. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods will be employed.
